First of all thankyou for visiting our site! Phoenix Flame is an Halo clan/team which hope's to have a good time and play game's fairly without causing any hassle. We are training to be the best and as such we want good member's who help other's out and are good at teamwork, communication and strategy.

A new ranking system has just been introduced! This system will hopefully lend consequence and glory to any actions you partake in for your clan! Ever thought you were being taken advantage of? Ever thought you did more for the clan than someone else, but never ot anything for it? Well now you will!
Originally Bespoken by PHX Omega:It works as follows:Good behavior, sportsmanship, activity and contibution for the clan will be rewarded with promotion. Bad behavior, swearing, disrespect, inactivity and failure to contribute to the clans efforts will result in demotion!
You will be able to promote anyone under your rank to the level JUST BELOW YOU, same for demotions. All promotions have to be submitted to a authentication email-address (which is located in our "Contact us" section.) before becoming final/official.
REMEMBER: It's not just the person being promoted/demoted that is being evaluated but also the person who is doing the promoting/demoting. If you promote/demote too needlessly you may find yourself with a warning or possibly with a demotion of your own! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
When you have been promoted/demoted you change your "Halo 3 service Tag" to the appropriate number to your current rank as detailed on the rank tables.
With this system in place members of the clan should have something to both aim for and fear losing. This should make the behavior of Phoenix Flame more consistent and respectful, and therefore better.
